Buyer's Agent
Richard Verrier is the The Anna Jorgensen & Donna Cunliffe Team's Buyer's Agent. He focuses his time on looking for properties for our buyer clients. You can often find Richard researching properties, previewing homes and tracking down properties that are not listed on MLS.
"If I can't find the right property for a client on MLS, then I'll do whatever I can to locate that right property - from knocking on doors to sending flyers to specific areas, I'll do whatever it takes."
Richard comes from a background in the hospitality industry in the big city (Vancouver) where customer service has some pretty high standards. His easy-going, sincere personality combined with his drive to do the best job possible instantly give our clients that sense of ease and confidence.

Richard was our salesperson when we purchase our home. We were very pleased with the service he provided during our search for a new home, the negotiation process and many things he did us between the time he offer was finalized and when we took possession of our home.
Some of the things we liked about Richard were:
- He was very attentive to our needs and strove to find us a home that would suit our needs while not trying to pressure us into a purchase;

- During the "subject to" period he was able to have a home inspection done speedily, help us with interim financing, and ensure that insurance could be placed when needed;
- During the period between the final offer and possession of the home he took care of many necessary details and answered miscellaneous requests quickly and cheerfully;
- He was able to get us into the house a day earlier than expected so that we could stoe preliminary shipment in the garage, making it very convenient for us He provided excellent after service following our move into our new abode;
