Selecting a Property:The Anna Jorgensen & Donna Cunliffe Team will provide you with the listings that match your criteria as soon as they are listed, even if they are listed with another company.

When you have selected some properties that are of interest we will arrange to show you the properties and/or gather more information as per your needs.

We will show you properties and provide guidance on value including important information about the area that can help you make an informed decision.

Making an Offer:

When you have selected a property that you would like to make an offer on we will draft a Contract of Purchase and Sale.

There are many items to consider in the Contract such as:

  • Arranging financing
  • Professional Inspections
  • Deposit amounts & terms
  • Transfer and Possession dates
  • Tenancy Contracts
  • Inclusions
  • Strata-titled property considerations
  • Other legal considerations

As professionals we will guide you through the legal jungle We present the offer to the seller and/or his/her representative. The Sellers may accept, reject or counter your offer.

We will advise you on negotiating strategies that will better your position to be able to get the best price & terms (subject to Limited Dual Agency laws)

After Acceptance of an Offer:

After an accepted offer has been entered into we continue to follow up. We arrange or assist you to arrange any required inspections; gather information in accordance with the Contract; forward the Contract to appropriate parties and guide you through the process.

When all conditions have been satisfied our Conveyance Dept forwards the Contract to your lawyer/notary in preparation for transferring the Title to you.

Our team maintains contact with the lawyer/notary to ensure that everything is 'on track'. We continue to communicate with you so you can rest assured that all is well and will let you know whenever there is action required.

Depending on how much time there is until the Completion (transfer) date, there may not be much for you to do. However, please don't hesitate to contact us any time if you have questions. We will send you instructions and will contact you close to Completion with an update. We make arrangements on the Possession Date to do a walk-through with you to make sure all is as it should be and you are fully satisfied.

After the Completion (Transfer of Property) and Possession Date: Once you have moved in (if applicable) we will contact you in a week or so to make sure that you are satisfied with your property, however if something comes up please contact us right away, our service does not end on Completion-we are here for you!

When you are ready to make that next move we want to be able to work with you again and will go the extra mile to ensure that we have earned your trust and confidence-and hopefully a few referrals!
