HST Effects on New Construction / Homes and Rebates

I know, I know this is a lot of information and I'll sum up in a separate blog when I'm caught up! The real estate market is smoking busy right now and although it may just be a bubble we are going to move as many people toward their real estate dreams as we can while it lasts!
